ORIGINAL ALE
New World Pale Ale
Original Ale delivers a subtle hop flavour with aromas of citrus, melon, tropical fruit and a hint of floral spice. Whether you’re a malt fan or a hop lover, this foxy, pale American Wheat ale is a pleaser all round.
ABV 4.2%
Hops: Cascade. Citra. Amarillo. Simcoe.
Malt: Wheat. Pale. Caramunich.
Yeast: American Ale
HOPTIMISM PILSNER
Hoptimism is a New Zealand Pilsner that takes attributes from both your typical Pilsner and Kolsch styles of beer.
Our unique blend of tropical, citrus, and fruit flavours allows us to really showcase the NZ hops, leaving you feeling like anything is possible with the right blend of hops.
ABV 5%
Hops: Dr Rudi. Motueka. Nelson Cauvin.
Malt: Pilsner. Carapills. Wheat.
Yeast: Lager

ROUGEY RED
When the sun goes down, the Gypsy Fox comes out to play. This cunning, well-rounded brew has a backbone of traditional Golding’s hops, a full-bodied Maris Otter malt, and a dash of roasted barley.
